Delivery
All deliveries are contactless as per HSE guidelines.
Please ensure that the address you provide is accurate & include your Eircode to ensure accurate delivery; https://finder.eircode.ie/
Please provide instructions to assist our courier to find the right location in throughout Co. Dublin, Co.Wicklow and Co.Meath.
We can only guarantee same-day delivery on orders placed before 12pm. Whilst we will endeavour to get your order delivered on the same day, orders received after 12pm may be delivered the following day.
Unfortunately we are unable to allocate specific time slots. Should no one be available to accept the delivery, the flowers will be left on the property (porch or step) or with a neighbor. Failing this a card will be left stating that delivery was attempted. The recipient will then be required to call to arrange a re-delivery or collection from Floral Art.
Should you have a preferred location for our courier to leave your order, please advise us when placing the order.
Pick Up/Collect In Store
We offer the option to collect your order at one of our 5 stores.
At checkout you can select a collection date and then select the store you would like to collect the order from. You will need to provide your order number when collecting.
Please contact the store before collection and give 1 or 2 hours notice.
If there are any issues with the order we will contact you well in advance.
Quality & Care
All products and flowers are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
The flowers will be at your own risk from time of delivery.
We guarantee our flowers for a minimum 4-7 days from date of delivery, provided that the care instructions are followed.
We cannot be held liable for claims reported outside of this time. Where possible we will offer to replace the damaged flowers, however if this is not feasible we will offer a full refund to the purchaser.
